Starting point

Creazione Impresa is a network of consultants, trainers, mentors, coaches, innovation managers, startup advisors, and accountants specialising in innovative startups. The problem wasn't a lack of value: the network had been producing content for years. The problem was that this value wasn't converting into business opportunities. There was an audience, and the expertise was there too — but the offer wasn't structured to intercept and nurture them.

How do you turn existing content into a system that generates qualified leads and recurring revenue, without creating new products?

What we did together

We started with the offer. We re-architected the content as a value ladder: from the blog to free eBooks, from free chapters to paid eBooks, through to on-demand training packages and premium consulting services. Work-for-equity models were introduced for startups. On the automation side, a marketing automation system was built with hundreds of email sequences, segmented by topic and audience type, capable of booking appointments directly onto the calendar automatically.
